  • What can the tCheck test:
    • raw flower
    • winterized concentrates – ie. hash, distillate
    • isolate infusions – ie. made from a winterized concentrate or isolates
    • decarbed THC flower infusions
  • Test your infusions at room termperature
  • Accuracy:
    • dried raw flower +/- 3 %
    • decarbed flower infusion +/- 4 mg/mL
    • isolate based infusion +/- 2 mg/mL
    • winterized concentrate +/- 7 %
  • For best results:
    • use new flower, not decarbed
    • use highest % alcohol you can get
    • for raw flower, remove stems and seeds
    • shake flower/alcohol for full the 5 minutes
    • use new alcohol
    • avoid electronic interference
    • use the device on a level surface
  • Keep the tray clean and free of scratches – use a microfiber cloth, clean with alcohol + air dry

    This was an interesting episode. I recently won a tCheck from your show and this episode gave me some great tips on using the device. My current crop just went into the flowering phase and I’m looking forward to the harvest so I can try this out.
    FWIW, I listen to several gardening and/or cannabis podcasts and I really enjoy the geek-out factor when the topics occasionally cover new — or new to me — technologies.
